At Try Hemera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 60-day return and refund policy from the date you receive your product. Please read the details below to understand the conditions and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must:
• Be returned within 60 days from the delivery date
• Be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or receipt
Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for a full refund.
Try Hemera reserves the right to reject return or refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Gift cards or digital downloads
• Items marked as final sale
• Products received as part of a promotional bundle where the main item has been refunded
For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items may only be refunded if unopened and unused.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund

• Order number
• The item you wish to return
• The reason for the return
Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning your item.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may not be processed.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs or offer a replacement at no additional charge.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
• Check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at tryhemera@outlook.com and we will provide instructions.
8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not yet been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you may still request a return after receiving it.
9. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at tryhemera at outlook dot com with clear photographs of the issue and your order details.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund according to your preference.
10. Policy Duration
This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all physical products purchased directly from Try Hemera.
The 60-day period begins on the date your order is confirmed as delivered.
After 60 days have passed, we are unable to offer a return, refund, or exchange.
