This Order Cancellation Policy explains how Try Hemera handles cancellation requests for orders placed through our website. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, provided that they have not yet been processed, packaged, or shipped.

Once your order has entered the processing or shipping stage, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may still be eligible to return the item after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact our customer support team as soon as possible by email at tryhemera at outlook dot com.

Include the following information in your message:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

We will review your request and confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.

3. Processing Time for Cancellations

If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once the cancellation has been successfully processed.

4. Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may refuse delivery or return the item after receipt according to our Refund Policy.

Return shipping costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

5. Pre-Orders and Backorders

Pre-orders and backordered items may be canceled before they are processed. Once these items have been shipped, they follow the same rules as standard orders.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or uncollected parcel, the order may be canceled and refunded once the product is returned to us in its original condition.

Shipping and handling fees may be deducted from the refund unless the issue was caused by Try Hemera or our logistics partners.

7. Right to Cancel by Try Hemera

Try Hemera reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, inventory errors, or pricing mistakes.

In such cases, customers will be notified immediately and receive a full refund to the original payment method.
